Esquire Corporate Networks forms Limited Partnerships in all 50 States
and the District of Columbia on a daily basis, as it has for over
twenty-five (25) years. Simply complete our short order form indicating
your specific preferences. Esquire Corporate Networks'
experienced entity formation specialists will review your information
for consistency and completeness and call you when necessary. We
then prepare your documents and submit the Limited Partnership
certificate to the Secretary of State, of the specific State, for
filing. The option for Same Day service, in any jurisdiction, is
also available for an additional fee. You are also given the
option to have us obtain your Federal tax identification number and
file additional tax forms.
Once the formation has been completed, in that
specific State, and returned, Esquire Corporate Networks will ship the
filed Certificate of Limited Partnership to you. Limited
Partnerships do not receive kits, but a chrome seal can be ordered for
an additional fee.
