District of Columbia on a daily basis. In many States it is possible to
convert from one (1) business type to another while keeping the same
Federal Tax ID number. Simply complete our short order form indicating
your specific preferences. Esquire Corporate Networks' experienced
corporate specialists will review your information for consistency and
completeness; We then prepare your conversion documents and
submit the Certificate of Conversion, for filing with that Secretary of
State. In as fast as one (1) business day Esquire Corporate
Networks will have your entity recorded with the specific State
indicated on your order. The option for Same Day service, in any
jurisdiction, is also available for an additional fee.
Once the Certificate has been filed, in that
specific State, and returned, Esquire Corporate Networks will ship the
completed legal documents to you together with a customized Deluxe
leatherette corporate kit or llc kit which contains Federal and State
forms, a chrome plated seal, minutes and by-laws, or operating
agreement and fifteen (15) personalized stock or membership
certificates.
